Every product needs to be tested in the production process to meet the standards at the time of design. Magnets are no exception.
First of all, in terms of its surface treatment, we need to use a film thickness meter to test the plating thickness of the magnet, so as to achieve the best quality of the plating in the process of electroplating. The second is the size of the specification, in this process we need to use a micrometer and a vernier caliper to control the tolerance within the specified range. Usually the tolerance of magnets is plus or minus 0.05mm, of course, some customers have more stringent requirements for it. Next is the magnetic test. The magnitude of the magnetic force can be tested by a Gaussian meter and a flux meter. A Gaussian meter is primarily a measurement of the magnetic force on the surface of a finished magnet. The fluxmeter is more standardized than the Gaussian meter, and the fluxmeter measures the magnetic flux of the magnet's magnetic field on the surface area.
